Allows you to spawn NPCs, Items, Ammo, Weapons, other Misc Items. Adds a new option to the main menu while in a Single Player game, which allows you to open the spawn menu. It features a command console with various commands, in-game HUD with real-time feedback. It can be enabled by passing -dbg through command line.
